Transnational Community Federation e. V. (TCF) is a registered non-profit federation. We connect organisations, projects, and civic actors to advance democratic participation, knowledge-sharing, and systemic change in the communities we serve.

Our members are from around the globe, from Taiwan to the U.S. We manage and exchange knowledge efficiently, make decisions sociocratically, and use technology, social functions and swarm intelligence to bring about systemic change.

A human-rights benchmark for texts
normalcy measures texts — from constitutions and statutes to a single post — against international human-rights law. The full text of the instruments is kept provision by provision, with stable identifiers, so every judgement can cite only text that actually exists.

A digital democracy platform for Iranians. Jomhoor — literally “the public” — names five structural gaps in self-governance and fills each with a technology: zero-knowledge identity, multi-signature trust groups, deliberation with anonymous verifiable voting, decentralised finance, and subsidiarity.

Mapping, analysing and empowering the network of Iran’s freedom movements
The Woman, Life, Freedom movement is made of many independent, siloed initiatives. The Atlas maps civil and social organisations, political parties and the connections between them, so that Iranian organisations can find each other and build a united front.

A century of constitution-writing for Iran, article by article
Every known draft constitution for Iran, from Mostashar al-Dowleh’s “Yek Kalameh” and the constitution of 1906 to the charters of the transition era — extracted, split into articles and comparable. Texts appear as their authors wrote them; nothing is ranked or endorsed, and documents are compared only with their own kind.
